Low back Pain (LBP) can be defined as pain, muscle tension or stiffness localised below the costal margin and above the inferior gluteal folds, with or without leg pain (sciatica).

Marc offers a specialist personal training treatment program for clients suffering from lower back pain at their private residences in Mayfair, Chelsea, Kensington and surrounding areas in London or his central London location. The lower back pain personal training sessions are designed to increase mobility, reduce pain and increase muscle strength and flexibility. Marc is Certified in the Management of Lower Back Pain and trains clients who have:
